By using this website or the hosted tools at /tools, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

This site describes Triangle of Alpha's products and client services, and hosts two free micro-tools: FAQ Forge and Launch Kit. Vantedge Poly is covered separately below. Lexisread and Daily Shipped are separate products at lexisread.com and dailyshipped.com, each with its own terms. Client work described on the Services page is engaged through a direct agreement with us, not through this website.

The hosted tools require signing in through Clerk. Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Each signed-in account gets a limited number of free runs per tool. Outputs are generated by an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete, or need editing, so review anything before you use it. Don't submit content you don't have the rights to, and don't try to script, automate, or otherwise abuse the tools to get around the usage limit.

Vantedge Poly is a paper-only research tool. No real money moves through it, and it isn't a broker, exchange, or investment adviser. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell any security, or financial, investment, or trading advice.

Don't use the site to do anything unlawful, to scrape or abuse the service, to attempt to break or bypass its security or usage limits, or to submit malicious content.

The site's content, design, and branding belong to Triangle of Alpha. What you generate with a hosted tool is yours to use, but because it's AI-generated, we can't guarantee it's unique or free of any third-party rights.

The site and tools are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI-generated output, or that the service will be error-free. Nothing here is financial, legal, or professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, Triangle of Alpha isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or tools.

We may suspend or terminate access to the tools for anyone who violates these terms or abuses the service.

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top and post the new version here.
